2/6: VOTING ENDS TOMORROW NIGHT, SO GET THOSE LAST FEW VOTES IN!
I'm very happy with the turnout of votes. I've been keeping very close track and I think this contest was a huge success. Once the votes have all been counted and the "Mod pick" has been chosen I will announce the winners. (Prizes are listed below. Volunteer prize artists are always welcome.)

2/1: VOTING HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN! and here is how its going to work. All members who watch the club vote for your favorite entry by commenting on the official entry deviation here ([link]). Only vote for one entry or your vote won't be counted.

1/22: We have 5 entries, so you know what that means...THE CONTEST IS OFFICIAL! It will end on January 31, 11:59pm. There will be voting for one week and the mod pick will be decided.

Also, the contest will be extended until the end of January. We're so close to having enough entries that I don't want to cancel the contest entirely. Come on guys, let's get this contest going

12/1: Contest judging:
After consulting with fellow mods, we've been a little split on how to judge. I've come up with a compromise:
First and second place will be decided by a vote open to all members who watch the club.

Instead of a third place winner, there will be a "Mod Pick". This is a person the moderators decide deserve special aknowledgement for a particularly well-executed idea or creativity.
A person cannot win both the Mod Pick and first place

On a seperate note, we have another entry 3 more and we've got this contest rockin'

11/16: We have a new affiliate section and our first affiliate,

Contest Update:
10/19: We are going to have our first Contest at ~TheHostClub!!! suggested a "Bloopers Contest".

Rules: Draw a scene from The Host going wrong. Does Doc's binge drinking lead to some interesting situations? Does Wanda stabbing herself backfire? Endless possibilties!
-As per usual, keep it PG-13.

Deadline: January 1st, but up for extension

Entries: I'm aiming for a minimun of five entries. If we don't reach that, I'll cancel the contest. You can submit 2 entries max, but we'll pick the one we think is better and disregard the other. Basically, it's so someone can't win 1st and 2nd.

Prizes: I'm going to consult with my fellow mods. I'll (*picklelova) gladly draw the following:
1st Place: Full color pic. with multiple characters if requested (Copic Markers or GIMP)
2nd Place: Simple color drawing. (GIMP)
"Mod Pick": Simple color drawing from *picklelova and a prize from ~Skadii. (GIMP or Traditional Medium)

8/28: We officially have 50 members!

8/6: Yay for 35 members! Also, Breaking Dawn came out a few days ago, so we understand any lack of Host art.

7/27: We officially have 25 members! Huzzah! We could still use more submissions guys. (It's a great way get your pics noticed )

-Anybody willing to draw requests for future contest winners
-A club ID. I (*picklelova) will do a request for whoever's ID we pick.
